Hi there, I’ve got a problem. My bike throws up ABS and DTC errors when I turn the handlebars from left to right, but it doesn't trigger anything when turning from right to left. The error only appears during that left-to-right movement, specifically when the handlebars are almost fully straightened out. The quickshifter also locks up while riding, but only in first gear; I have to use the clutch for that gear, but the subsequent gears work fine with the quickshifter again. I initially wondered if it might be related to the tires, since they were completely worn out when the issue first started. I’m not really an expert on this stuff, though—the bike is just too electronically complex. I’ve traced the wiring from the front ABS sensor all the way through and tried bending the cables in various ways to see if the error would trigger, but nothing happened. It’s really strange because, as I mentioned, it only happens when moving the handlebars from left to right; even a tiny movement as I approach the center position is enough to make the warning lights flash immediately.
