A nurse told me the OR lights emit UV and to wear sunscreen?? Is this true, I’ve never heard of this till now but I also just started a year ago 🤷‍♀️

I worked 0730 to 2135 today, my overtime started at 1545. I’m a bit confused by UNA’s rules, do I need 15 hours of rest before I come in again for my 0730 shift tomorrow or just 8 hours of rest?
