I’ve been making gummies, but I’ve been messing up. They haven’t been as strong as the ones I was buying, which were only 350mg. I’ve put in 400mg.

I just want to see what feedback I can get. I haven’t been adding an emulsifier to the distillate before adding it to the gummies, and I also haven’t been adding the distillate to the gummy mix when it’s at 60°C—it’s been around 70–80°C instead.

I haven’t done a batch with the emulsifier yet, but I’m going to. Do you think it will help?
