Upgrades on Lufthansa flights (014 ticketed by AC)
Hello, first time poster and longtime lurker here.
Husband and I are flying to Italy via Munich and boooed our tickets through air Canada using my TD VIP card as always. We booked premium economy flexible. The tickets are 014- . I am hoping to try and upgrade to business class, the AC app tells me to do this through Lufthansa but when I try the option is greyed out. Does anyone know why and whether it will be possible to upgrade?
