I knew nothing about watches when I began looking for one last week, but thanks to stumbling upon this subreddit I got a good one: A Tissot. This is a Carson automatic silver ladies watch with a 30mm dial. I love how minimal it is — no diamonds, no numbers, which appeals to me — yet the overall design is stunning. I love the transparent back! It’s made me interested in how watches work and appreciative of the engineering. Tissot doesn’t make the Carson automatic anymore and I got it for a great price, in fact I’m shocked at the quality for the money. Totally worth it.
