CGA- HR specialist
Is that realistic? Are there people who leave claims to go into HR? Or do they only want other HR people?

Current cga applying for a lateral move to CL
I was just wondering if its like urbi where I can promote 6 months out or if its a year.
Once in commercial- what are my options? Where can I go? Ideally I want upper levels (40+) that dont require you to have sup experience
(i just dont have the backbone to be a sup and im worried id miss something important that my reps did and lose my job- or forget something etc. Its scary! I need someone above me to double check. I know me)
I applied to a job recently and wondered how long it took to hear back? I know getting hired in took a couple months but I was curious if internally its a bit quicker
I just applied!
Whats the adjustment like?
Whats the pay raise like?

I am currently a CGA wanting to get into CL. I want to work my way up ideally to 6 figures but I am extremely intimidated at the idea of becoming a sup at any point.
Is there options to move up without sup experience or am I pretty much stuck without it
