Hi there team,

Im fresh to the pump never used one before but have always used a dexcom g7.

Im having non stop issues with the pump lossing signal with the cgm even though they are literally right there and iv followed there recommendation of opposite side to my cgm.

Iv even tried taking it out of the case, changing cgm. Putting it right next to the cgm and im about to yank this POS out and go back to manual dose as im having more time out of range then before to the absolute worst level ever.

Is there any solution or is this just how these are?

I should mention im using an fully updated Samsung s24 ultra no wifi but that shouldn't be a factor to my knowledge but open to ideas here
