Hi, I’m a lawyer consulting airlines staff on notices received by them for absenteeism and enquiries against them as per employment laws. I’d say 99% of the times, the crew apologises for sick leaves and holidays, which is why they either get grounded or eventually terminated.

Please please please consult a specialist when any such action is about to be taken by the HR department. You may save your jobs and secure yourself from future actions.
