Where to find guanciale in San Diego?

I want to make traditional Spaghetti alla carbonara.

Not sure where to find Guanciale.

I also need Pecorino Romano cheese, which I'm sure I can find but I'm open to suggestions.

Are any of you familiar with the unofficial unabridged audiobook narrated by Philip Dragash?

With music by Howard Shore from the film trilogy, and immersive sound effects that make the book come to life.

If something like this interests you, give it a try. I enjoyed every second. To me it feels like watching an even longer extended version of the films in my mind.

I listened to these years ago and I still think back to the experience every time the book comes to mind. I just listened to chapter 17 - The Bridge of Khazad-Dum. And listening to that from minute 8:15 to 10:30 gives you a pretty decent idea of what the experience is like.
