I'm so confused, why would they relist it if I'm still under consideration? Is this normal?

I've emailed the recruitment email address and I'm hoping to pop in later this afternoon to try and see the manager. Is all hope lost? Why have I not just been regretted if they don't want me? Should I try calling the store now instead of popping in?

So many questions, so much frustration. I really want this role...

So the role closed on the 25th and I've been 'under consideration' since the 19th. Is it even worth checking my email still or have I not been picked for interview?

It's a nights food role so maybe they're just having fridge based nightmares and recruitment has taken a back seat....but still, the waiting is making me sad. It's a temp role so seems insane that the process seems to take longer than the actual contract could be.

I've done the online assessment which went straight to 'RTW requested', then had to wait 2 days for that to actually be requested. I'm now assuming I'll be offered an interview (maybe I shouldn't assume but here we are) but the posts about interview availability are freaking me out - I got excited about this role because it's perfect for my current sitch, but as the closing date is on the 25th June, maybe they've already interviewed all the people I need and they won't even bother seeing me.

Am I right to be concerned? Would they still have the ad for the role up if they already had enough people for it?

I think there's two roles available as there's two separate ads (same store/shift times). It's a night shift, part time customer assistant role in Food...in case that's helpful.
