So I gets lots of ads on my phone for linen clothing. I was thing of ordering something specifically for my trip to Italy. Is it worth it?

This is NOT a tour request or a solicitation. I have included my travel dates.3 weeks ago I ordered ticks for the Vatican Museum through the official Vatican museum site. ( I will be the September 24- 26)It took hours, with lots of looping and messages that the transaction did not go through. When it did go through, it went through double. I was charged twice and now have 4 tickets with the same name. No refunds. No name changes, so I can’t sell to anyone else.
Have explained to support email, but it’s a computer generated, no exceptions message. Out $90. I almost don’t even want to go now.

We will be in Florence from sept.30 to October 5.
We’d like to have the room in Florence for the 6 nights and day trip into Tuscany. Would we need to rent a car? Is that difficult? What about scooters?

Anybody had experiences replacing a convertible top 2011 to 2015? Looking for the best approach.
