I saw this action figure of a "Mercenary Droid," from the the Mando movie which is based on a Super Battle Droid. I noticed in the art on the box that this droid has a small neck and is in a more "dynamic," pose.

I've always known the B2 to be a very bulky droid with no neck and limited articulation. I always thought that the front torso was mostly one peice that was pressed out in the factory.

Has the B2 always had this little neck or is this like an aftermarket modification? Is this droid the equivalent of a lifted Ford F150?
