Sup

Quick community check-in.

This past week was honestly rough for me. Between leaving Florida, driving out to Ohio, getting settled, working, and not being glued to the charts like usual, my execution definitely suffered. I was down over $1,000 at one point.

And yeah, everybody knows I rotate a lot. Some plays worked, some absolutely smoked me. Minos hurt me pretty bad after I held it for a long time, and I had another entry where I was scaling in right as a massive green candle nuked upward. Thought I caught momentum, then suddenly one position’s barely green while another’s down like 40%.

That’s the reality of messing around in lower-cap, lower-liquidity subnets. The upside can be insane, but your entries matter way more and things can move against you violently if your timing’s off.

Still, I stayed in the game, adjusted, and managed to recover a lot of ground. Sitting over 23 TAO now and feeling a lot more stabilized than I did a few days ago.

Definitely not pretending my bag is some super safe foundation setup either. I’m still taking risk and leaning into volatility. Just trying to survive long enough to catch the right rotations.

Posting the current bag below. Curious how everybody else handles trading when life gets chaotic and you can’t monitor things as closely as normal.

Sup yall probably my first post. I’m leaving south FL headed to Ohio. Taking 95 up through GA,SC it looks. Anyone got some nice spots they recommend along the path? Driving a 3rd gen Tacoma and I got my fishing pole!

Dialing in my truck setup before heading to Ohio and finally made a big improvement.

Mounted storage cases on the roof rack and it cleared out two full tubs from the bed. Everything up top is now organized instead of just stacked chaos, and the bed actually has usable space again.

This feels like a solid step forward, but I want to pressure test it with people who’ve been living out of their setups longer than me.

Main things I’m thinking about now:

Long-term durability up top — wind, vibration, sun exposure… anything fail on you over time?

Water intrusion — these are sealed cases, but curious if people still add weather stripping / silica packs / extra sealing

Weight distribution — noticeable handling hit once you started loading the roof?

Access friction — did you end up hating going up top for stuff daily?

If you’ve run roof storage like this, what broke, what sucked, or what would you do differently?

Trying to tighten this up before I’m fully on the road.
