There’s this movie thats been in my head for so long, Ik the ending so here goes

The movie has a main character who is a Hispanic in Mexico who is trying to cross the border to America in the end of the movie, he crossed the border with a hot air balloon although he is successful he is chased by border patrol/policemen as he happily runs around the carousel. This movie I know could be around 2008-2015. Does anyone know the name of the movie?

As I studying to understand hertz’s and frequencies ( ex 432 and 440) did he slowed down the music cause he understood how Hertz work? Or did he slowed the music down cause of his choice of preference?
