I am looking for advice because I don't know what to do!

Since the beginning of this year, I have had doubts about my life and whether I want to continue as a Muslim. I have tried to continue, so I have been praying more, doing research, and learning.

But I notice that it is not helping, and because of this, I only have dreams and fantasies about my old life as a non-believer. I am deeply ashamed of this because for years I always believed faithfully and without doubt in Islam.

My doubts are getting worse over time, and I feel worse in my head.

I really want to make a decision because life is so short, you never know what happens after death, and this makes me doubt more.
