I'm so scared rn I know its just english but the GT just FREAKS ME OUT and I do NOT want to do bad in my listening paper. I have mixed feelings for p1 so I don't want to ruin p2

I did the recent past papers so many times I don't think doing them again would be more practice...Plus the syllabus changed so there aren't many pp for the recent pattern
I did do some old past papers but only the qs that seemed relevant

GENUINELY IM SO SCARED SOMEBODY HELP ME
If I could get the feb/mar 2026 listening paper , it would help a lot
And, finally, any tips?

bruh how do you genuinely prepare for listening? The syllabus changed and I've done 2024-2025 papers too many times. I also tried the old pattern of the listening paper but is it worth it? I mean the pattern is rlly different now

I'll be honest my english is not that bad, I'd say I have a wide circle of vocabulary and all but I rlly worry about the threshold and the format of the paper especially since there are cases of leakages, etc.

First of all in notes making and comprehension is it wise to write the notes word to word as given in the passage?
Second of all, if I just prepare the writing parts from past papers is that enough?
