Best trreatment for somatic tinnitus

I have somatic T in the center of my head, because the noise gets higher when I yawn or open my mouth widely.

are there anyone here who suffer from this type of T? What would be the best treatments? or does the amount of sleep you have affect your T volume level or stay the same?

Does antidepressants help your tinnitus?

7 months on now with tinnitus, still disrupts my sleep, i become insomniac now if i try to sleep naturally i only manage to sleep for 20mins to 1hour, i’m a snorer, so i know when i fall asleep as i’ve been using snoring tracker app.

I’ve been to psychiatrists, they prescribed me antidepressants, i honestly do not feel any benefits from those drugs at all, it does nothing for my tinnitus nor my sleep, it makes my insomnia worse. As i don’t feel sleepy, i don’t get it why most psychiatrists prescribe sleeping pills 💊 to help tinnitus sufferers sleep but also antidepressants that makes insomnia worse? Does anyone have a similar experience? And also for a guy, you suffer sexual dysfunction from taking those drugs, that’s awful.

It’s been 7 months for me since i got tinnitus and i haven’t been able to sleep properly. If i try to sleep naturally and i don’t sleep at all even with fan, white noise as the audiologists professional suggested. So i’ve been using benzo and z drug to sleep, i mean It is such a frustrating feeling, being reliant on something to do a natural human process. I can be very tired after work and think “great “ i’ll fall sleep well without anything tonight and suddenly 2am , 3am and i’m still awake, i feel trapped in a vicious cycle. I know I’m dependent on them now, but , it is better to get sleep than to try to push through without it. After all, there is only so long anyone can go without sleep. Please share your experience? How many years have you taken sleeping pills? And is it still effective?

One of the greatest challenges i have with tinnitus is sleep, it totally disrupts my sleep, i’ve tried everything, cbt, white noise, hot shower, melatonin, fan, music to try to sleep but i end up awake the whole night. The only thing that makes me sleep is sleeping pill, I'm on lorazepam 1mg, and elsigan 1 mg, lora 1 mg used to give me 7 hours and now it's only 3.30hrs. If I continue with elsigan it gives me 2hrs if I'm lucky. please share your experience.
