WHY DOES THIS HAPPENNNN

I’m so mad because I washed and dried this tube top with the rest of my whites/lights and it’s the only thing that came out with these stains!! I was gonna wear it tonight I’m so pissed. Why does this happen? It’s not even wearable anymore 😭😭
