First time Lease up maintenance supervisor

Just started a new job at a 250+ lease up as the maintenance supervisor. It's my first role as a supervisor. Only 2 building are open so far but I'm kinda intimidated. Anything I should do to prepare myself? Tips?

On Call getting ignored

So any time I'm not "On-call" (taking emergency work order calls) my coworkers won't ever answer and it ends up falling back on me as I will answer mostly out a sense of duty and I live on site as well. We get a bonus for the week if we were on call. I'm not getting it whenever they don't answer aside from time and a half and when it's actually my week. I'm at the point where I want to leave because of this. What would y'all do? I've spoken out about this and even offered to take it full time if I get the weekly bonus but according to corporate each employee can only receive a flat rate and can't be increased under any circumstance, if that makes sense.

I'm stumped, AC drain pan won't drain

So I have a drain pan that isn't clogged it's just at a shitty angle on the end side. Don't know how to prevent this from continuing. My manager took a month vacation so I technically have a budget of $00.00 in the meantime
