What kind of questions do they ask on the interview for service desk?

As a cashier i’m curious as to what are your guys biggest pet peeves with customers? I think my biggest one is when they put the basket at the end of the belt without unloading it.

I have my first cafe shift in a couple days and was never like formally trained do I just ask accounting for a cafe till?? if so do i need to put it in a specific register like you do on regular register or is there somewhere specific it needs to go im too socially awkward to ask anybody
