Just brought the go plan to test it out. Simple task took forever. It just keeps running and running and running without any explanation. Like what are you doing? Yeah it suckes hard. Everyone did warn me about it but I didn't know it was this bad.

I’m basically at the end of my OpenCode Go subscription. I was thinking about renewing, but after the recent changes to the DeepSeek Flash limits/pricing, I’m seeing a lot of people canceling instead.
So I started looking at Command Code. They have a $1 plan and a $10 plan. The $1 plan doesn’t include API access, but the $10 plan does.
My question is: could I just get the $10 Command Code API and connect it to OpenCode, basically getting a similar experience but using Command Code’s API?
If that works, would it actually be a good alternative, or is there something better I should be looking at?
I mainly care about GPT-5.6 Luna through OpenAI, because I really like the OpenCode harness/workflow.

I'm on a Mac Mini M4. I tried updating it. I haven't updated in a while. I tried it on Ghosty and iTerm. None of them are updating. How do I solve this issue? I probably missed a lot of updates. I tried updating each of them and none of them updated. It's just saying update failed.
is another one else having this issue? OpenCode Go models are working perfectly but Zen free models are not working at all Sometimes they are working but mostly is not even the big pickle one isn't working

My payment method got deactivated for "beneficiary name mismatch." Problem is, my Upwork name, W-8BEN, and bank withdrawal name are all exactly the same: "A R Mahmud." No typos, no periods, nothing different.
I did just update my W-8BEN + withdrawal method 2 days ago (removing periods that Upwork's form doesn't accept), so maybe it's just stuck reviewing that. AI assistant gave me a ticket but it's just an auto-reply so far.
Anyone had this clear on its own, or did you have to push for it somehow? Trying to figure out if I just wait it out or need to do something. Bangladesh-based, first time hitting this. Thanks

I’ve been using GitHub Copilot and I’m honestly impressed by its capabilities, especially for debugging and automating tasks.
For example, I was working on an app bug where I used 5.4 mini xhigh and it was still able to:
Open a browser and run Playwright scripts
Handle Excel file checks (like verifying downloads)
Debug frontend layout issues
Even take screenshots and suggest Flexbox fixes based on UI behavior
That got me curious, so I tried replicating similar workflows using some free/open-source models and tools. Using openrouter with GHCP with the free deepseek V4 flash model it wasn't able to do it
Now I’m wondering:
How good are the open-source Chinese models compared to tools like Copilot or GPT-based models?
People often say they’re strong in coding and agent-like workflows—how true is that in real-world use?
And can open code with the go subscription. Actually able to do something like this?
