If you missed it at Everything Electric Sydney they have now moved the Chinese display 7GT to T3 (Qantas) Terminal. In the check in area, so no need to pass security. Probably the only challenge being parking if you weren’t already at the airport, but if you don’t mind a walk you could get an hour free at the airport Maccas.
I am wondering how people found the recent long weekend DC charging experience with the recent uptick in EV sales?
What I noted on my long weekend pit stops:
Saturday, Ampol Pheasants Nest, around lunch time: 6 of 6 bays full, with good turn over. As far as I could tell no one was queueing. The Petrol and food facilities were also packed.
Monday, Ampol Pheasants Nest, mid afternoon: 3 of 6 bays in use at arrival, full by departure. The petrol and food side was fairly busy, but noticeably less than Saturday.
Spent about 30 mins at each stop. Watching the EVs while I ate my lunch. Current ICE driver looking at an EV next year, my interest is from a data gathering point rather than stress over congestion.

I like how Chasing Cars is very focused on the drive experience, so much discussion of the LR suspension might be better in that respect than the Performance. However, the Performance isn’t driven here, so all hypothetical.
