As for 33 minutes ago at the time of this post the last Server I was able to connect to from Russia (USA - New Jersey 3) disconnected simultaneously on all 3 devices (1 laptop, 1 desktop and an android phone).

The Express VPN service is now essentially non functional in Russia. (If I am mistaken, and you have one that does work please DM it to me, that or a VPN service that does still work here. I'd advise against posting it publicly in case they are monitor this reddit to "snipe" active servers)

I posted about this before a few months ago, as well as my issues with customer support who kept on telling me to respond from a different email even when provided with the information. That time led to a support rep contacting me via reddit and asking me to contact them via DM, however that went nowhere, they said they'd set up a google call but they also notified me too late one time, and then cancelled another by not knowing their own holidays! I admittedly missed one but this was due to the VPN server being down at the time, which I pointed out on June 15th and have been ghosted since.

I'm making this post in the hopes they actually do something, as if not I will be forced to file a full chargeback via Amex, as the service has not been as advertised for over 5 months now, I had let it slide until now, hoping perhaps naively the service would be restored, but when only one server remained and now even thats gone, combined with the email responses and the current ghosting I feel like I'm being played. I see others being given similar treatments or no answers at all...

In my case Express VPN were made very aware of my situation, that this wasn't the usual use of their service (for convenience or watching Netflix), but literally my only means to keep myself (a Uk citizen caught overseas) and my year old toddler safe and fed. With no VPN I literally have no means to get money to myself. For them to behave in this manner knowing that is doubly reprehensible and utterly irresponsible. Unless anything changes I cannot recommend anyone to do business with them..

As title, connects to server (but there is no connection, then reconnects after about 15 seconds. this loops infinitely, anyone else having this issue?

So I've been having this recurring problem with a MSI GS75 Stealth that has barely been used for gaming. (it's fired up for work once in a blue moon)

Basically when playing certain games. Baldur's Gate 3, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, The Sims, etc it would run pretty quietly then suddenly the fans would kick in full power and it would turn off.

What makes this odd is I have another MSI laptop, one of the chunkier ones, as as it heats up it gets notably louder as the fans compensate and keep it cool. the GS75 stealth does not do this.

I have tried resetting the EC (all this did was wipe out my PIN), opened it up used compressed air, installed latest drivers, windows updates, and even reinstalled the Dragon centre app (I usually do a clean install of windows on all my tech to remove any bloat), nothing helped

Even with the dragon centre app set to auto, the fans do not spin up when the laptop is clearly beginning to overheat (it has three) Even forcing Turbo cooler on didnt seem to alleviate the issue.

On a whim I went into control panel and forced the laptop to ignore the intel graphics and only use Nvidia, it seemed to work, for a few hours on FF rebirth, but was still quiet, the laptop just got very hot (which I understand is normal for such slim devices), and I assumed it fixed.

However today when playing forza the same Fans rush/shutdown occurred again. I am at a loss as to why. Is there no way to make the GS75 just "Use the fans when needed" as with my desktop and other laptop? it's just bizzare, as I am sure thats the problem, its not keeping itself cool, but is refusing to fire up its fan speed when needed.

Any suggestions appreciated!
