Yay!

(17F) Ive been going to my church since November but, I was recently officially made a member of my church! Our pastor has a class where you learn everything you need to know at first, I was baptized, and took communion for the first time about a month ago! I still don't know everything and im still trying to understand things, and get out of some things but I feel great so far.

I need help ☝️☹️

(17F) I've been on Vyvanse for around 6 months now (since December-February, I'm pretty sure), and I stopped for like a month after school ended for vacation and started again over the past couple of days. When I was taking it during the school year, I skipped weekends because that's what my dad said worked to prevent building a tolerance to his stimulants, and my psychiatrist said it was fine, and I felt I needed to take a break sometimes because my lack of appetite was so bad I was almost never eating during the school days (online school btw). I've tried antipsychotics, stimulants, anti-depressants, depressants, etc, etc, since 4th grade, and I've been paranoid and dealt with OCD my whole life but when I was taking lurasidone (latuda) I was way more paranoid than I normally am (and before it, I was getting better and I was managing it really well). Now, on vyvanse, during the school year i watched The Walking Dead and i was very paranoid when watching it, or when i would go outside at anytime of day or night to take my dog out, going around corners/passing open doors in my own home, etc. and now im re-watching it with my sister (and now have started taking it again) and im paranoid again. I'm planning on talking to my psychiatrist but my appt has to get pushed out because of a summer camp I'm attending and I don't know what to do for now. Should I stop taking it? Should I lower my dosage? 😖😖😖

***EDIT: I forgot to mention, this paranoia usually happens late at night (except for the occasional having to walk in a dark room in my house or something) and i already have insomnia but this has made it hard to get to bed before 1-3 am every night and the lack of sleep is giving me headaches.
