This might sound a bit weird, asking strangers on Reddit for business ideas, but I’m honestly a bit tired and stuck at the moment.
I’m a CFO with a finance/business background, and I really want to build something on the side.
I’m not looking for the next million-dollar idea. Even making my first **€10/month** from something I built would make me happy and give me some momentum.
SaaS, small online business, boring business, automation, niche service… I’m open to anything.

J’ai besoin de votre aide svp nous sommes un couple avec un bebe en region parisienne (debut de trentaine)

Revenue actuel du foyer :9800 net

Frf 2024: 88000 (éligible PTZ)

Apport dispo 15k€ (on avait d’autres projets de vie du coup peu d’épargne)

Problèmes : 33k de dettes restantes(plusieurs credits 6 au total pour 1200€ de mensualité (plusieurs projets de vie, aujourd’hui tout ca est derrière nous)

Nous aimerons acheter notre résidence principale entre 450/530k€ mais nous n’avons pas assez d’apprt a date

Je peux solder 3 prets pour 6k et ca me fera 600€ de gain sur ma mensualité.

Je ne sais pas si aujourd’hui une banque peut financer 110%?

Est ce que je me dirige vers le neuf pour eviter ce probleme (mais pas interessant niveaux offre/localisation)

On m’a proposé de faire un rachat par exemple credit projet perso de 50k€ sur 7 ans et solder mes differents crédits et garder le reste pour avoir 35k€ d’apport.
