Opinion?

I'm relatively new to investing and would really appreciate some advice.

I'm a doctor, so I don't have much time to research stocks in depth. My strategy so far has been to invest monthly and buy companies that I come across through news, Reddit, YouTube, and other investing channels. I know that's probably not the best approach, but I'm still learning.

My question is: when a stock has gone up this much, what would you do?

Continue holding and keep adding small amounts over time?

Take some profits now and buy back later if it drops?

Sell the entire position and reinvest elsewhere?

As a beginner, I'm finding it difficult to know when to take profits versus simply letting winners run. Any advice or constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Desi bling**** what a crass!!!

Trying this Desi Netflix show was honestly the definition of cringe. Uncomfortable, painfully fake, and more like rage bait than a thoughtfully written drama.

I enjoyed watching Dubai Bling because, despite all the scripted drama there was at least a natural flow to it. Every scene in this felt like people trying too hard to “perform rich.”

And Tejaswi constantly screaming “shut up”!!? Crass. Genuinely crass. It wasn’t funny, iconic, or savage - just irritating!!

What made the show worse for me was that, except for maybe the twins, almost every woman seemed emotionally dependent on the men around them for validation. Constant insecurity, constant fear of being left, constant need for approval. It was honestly painful to watch. Is it all because of pure financial independence?

And the men? Don’t even get me started. That Bengali babu may have made money, but the mentality still felt painfully regressive. He can stay outside chilling with friends, but the wife is expected to stay home, feed the kids, manage everything quietly and smile through it? Wow. Revolutionary mindset there. I dont even wanna comment about the rest.

What annoys me most is that people outside India will watch this and assume this represents all of us. And I am embarrassed....!

Also, as a South Indian girl, I do understand the obsession I’ve seen among a lot of North Indian girls around brands, luxury bags, labels, and constantly showing status. I’ve seen that culture. But this show took it to another level entirely. At some point it stops looking luxurious and just starts looking loud, forced, and painfully try-hard.

The styling and costumes were so overdone too. In Dubai Bling, the fashion was glamorous but still looked polished. Temu version of dubai bling

No depth, no elegance, no authenticity. Just people screaming luxury while lacking any actual class.

Three episodes in and I genuinely couldn’t continue. Proper rage bait.
