Status Update and Dashboard Link

Just got this email:

Dear Petlibro Family Member,

We’re following up regarding the Petlibro App service issue you previously contacted us about.

Our team is actively working to restore service. To help you stay informed, we have launched a dedicated Service Status page, where we will continue to share the latest service status, recovery progress, and recommended actions: https://petlibro.com/pages/petlibro-status

While service recovery is in progress:

- Please do not unbind, reset, or remove your device from the Petlibro App.
- Existing settings and schedules stored locally on your device should continue to operate as programmed. Your device may remain online and operational even if the App temporarily displays an incorrect device status, such as “Offline,” or schedule status, such as “Schedule Timed Out.”
- If you have already unbound or removed your device, please do not repeatedly reset or attempt to reconnect it. Please refer to the Service Status page for the latest recovery status and next steps.

We will continue to update the Service Status page as recovery progresses, so you can check the page at any time for the latest information.

Once the Service Status page confirms that service has been fully restored, if your device is still not working as expected, please reply to this email and our Customer Support team will assist you further.

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding while we work to restore service.

Isopod ladder?

Hi there! First post here.

I collected some isopods from the yard with a neighbor's kid and put them in a terrarium (I already have a springtail population) with some of my jewel orchids.

Inside the terrarium, I have an anchor hocking "candy" jar. Basically, none of my plants are directly planted in the terrarium, they are in something, sitting in soil/moss in the terrarium.

The isopods seemed to have reproduced inside the candy jar. I would like to create a "ladder" of sorts to put into the candy jar and out into the terrarium so that the ones in the jar can freely roam to other areas of the terrarium.

What are some suggestions to create that bridge?

I have a 3d printer that I can use, but would prefer other things more natural.

They have cuttlebone pieces, some fish flakes and leaf litter (none of which is pictured in the image below). There are isopods in the main terrarium space as well. They have plenty of places to hide and it stays humid inside.

Thanks for any advice you can give!
