3 months on tirze - what actually surprised me and what I'd change
So I'm three months in sa tirze journey and grabe the differences from what I expected versus what actually happened. Started at 2.5mg in January, moved up to 5mg after four weeks. Biggest surprise? The energy dip wasn't from the medication itself but from eating way less than I realized, I had to actually set reminders to eat enough protein kasi I'd forget meals completely. Also wasn't prepared for how much my relationship with food would shift, parang I finally have space to think before eating instead of just reacting to cravings. If I could do it over I'd have tracked my protein intake from day one and maybe started multivitamins earlier since my food variety dropped. Curious if others had similar timeline experiences or if your first few months looked totally different?
