Does anyone have experience with Illinois's "finding of facts" for correcting out-of-state birth certificates
Illinois claims to have a process for petitioning a court to issue an order to correct birth certificates in the stupid states where a court order is necessary (in my case, arizona). However, there is as far as I can find on the internet absolutely no resources about how to actually go about this. Has anyone done this and can tell me if there is something that I am missing, or if i will have to consult with a legal expert?
Thanks!
