Is Thick/Stringy Semen With Mild Discomfort During Ejaculation Normal?
19M. I noticed during ejaculation that my semen sometimes has thicker jelly-like/stringy clumps in it (photo attached). There’s no blood or strong smell, but I do notice slight discomfort/burning right as I finish, especially when the thicker clumps come out. No major pain otherwise. Is this considered a normal variation, dehydration, or something that should be checked out? It doesn’t happen every single time, but enough that I noticed it.
