Is there literally any way to contact this place?
Is this place even real? 🥲 this is my SECOND order. I accidentally used the wrong address on the first order with ups and Nike resent my shoes through OnTrac. Well they’ve sent 2 other sets as well. Each going through OnTrac. I ordered the original set 3 weeks ago. But this set has been stuck with OnTrac for a week. I have another set that just got to OnTrac yesterday. I’m assuming it’ll be the same issue. 🥲 these were supposed to be school shoes for my kids, and school has already started.

Delays?
In TX, I renewed my benefits in early March, before the mid April deadline. Called at the deadline to make sure nothing was needed, nothing was needed. Was told they have until the 30th to get my stuff approved. April 30th came, I gave them a couple days to see if maybe it was just a system delay. Called may 6th, my case is stuck in the approval spot? They’re “escalating it” Anyways here I am on the 11, still no answers, still stuck in the same spot. Friday I had called to see what was going on and got put on hold for 2 hours, close to the end of the day so nobody answered. I’m trying again today. I’m assuming I’ll be on hold all day. 😅 anybody else having issues?
