So after being on a good few IU of HGH (i dont think i should say that here) for the remainder of my growth period, my growth plates were still open, and I thankfully ended up growing another ~4 cm (around 1.5 inches). Recently though, I've started noticing that my dorsal hump looks a bit more prominent than it used to, and the tip of my nose has started to droop slightly, even if it's only a subtle change.

I'm half East Asian, and I really prefer having softer, slightly more feminine facial features, so this has been bothering me enough that I've decided to get a rhinoplasty.

I've consulted a few surgeons, and one of them, Dr. med. Rainer Frerich at HNO Grafenberg, told me he could do it for around €3,000, which seems like a very fair price.

The reason it's relatively inexpensive is that my health insurance would cover a septoplasty for my mildly deviated septum, which would reduce the overall cost of the septorhinoplasty. I'm also currently unemployed, so the lower price definitely matters to me.

I'd really like to know if anyone here has any experience with Dr. Frerich or has heard anything about him that I should know before making a decision.

I'd also appreciate recommendations for rhinoplasty surgeons in Germany, especially anyone experienced with natural-looking results and who is willing to work with insurance for a septorhinoplasty. I've had a surprisingly difficult time finding good options.
That would be actually amazing

My last resort would be going to South Korea to have it done there, but I'd much rather stay in Germany if I can find the right surgeon.
(Preferably not Turkey ngl)
