Has anyone had a building contract accepted by HA with allowances included?

I have a $10k delayed title allowance and $10k prestart allowance included although with everything going on I will probably have to use both to cover price increases.

I asked my lender if the contract was sufficient for final approval and she said it was but I'm not sure if that included HA approval or just CBA. Unfortunately, she went on leave the same day that I asked her so I can't follow up until next week.

I would love some insight from people that have had their contracts accepted/rejected.
