Where do I find the OTP option for this? I can't do the selfie scan option since it's my mother's face used to make it. There is an OTP option but I can't find it

does anyone know how to fix this issue? I've been stuck in a loop of receiving my OTP, verifying it, logging in, and then gcash bringing me back to verification again. It always shows the thing that asks for credentials every 90 days but even when I verify, it just sends me back.
I've been trying to verify since 3PM and I have not once succeeded. I tried everything from clearing cache, rebooting my phone, waiting and trying again.
