The courier is wandering around the building while the food gets cold. Is this a common issue, or is it just me?
Hey,
I worked as a Glovo courier in Warsaw for a while and noticed that finding the right entrance to buildings takes a ton of time. Google Maps just points to the middle of the block, and finding the correct door and staircase is very time-consuming.
I'm wondering if this is just my problem, or do other couriers experience this too? And on the flip side – if you order food, does it annoy you when the courier calls asking "where is the entrance?" or when the delivery is delayed because the guy is wandering around the neighborhood?
I'm asking because I'm thinking about building a solution to this problem, but I don't know if it's just my struggle or a more widespread issue.
Thanks for the feedback!
