What kind of strength training could help

Hi,

Because of overpronation I run mostly in stability shoes

For shorter distances I can use neutral shoes like Vomero 18 without getting pain in my knees and ankle.

Running a marathon causes pain in the knees even in Kayanos around the 30km mark.

I also bought some neutral shoes that I only plan to use for everyday life and not running (were such a good deal and liked the style)

Decided to try how my gait looks in them haha the second picture

Any suggestions for strength training to get a little bit better.

Superblast, Azura, Boston or something else

Hi,

I do overpronate and use Kayanos for long runs. For intervalls I’m looking for a lighter shoe. It does not need to be a dedicated but a stable neutral.

Most of the time when searching for very stable neutrals i see recommendations for the Superblast 2. but I have also read that the saucony Azura and the Adidas Boston 13 should be relative stable for neutral shoes.

Was anyone had a chance to compare them which is more stable?
