Major Catchup - All October’s "Word of the Day"
Wouldn’t you know it … my first pen runs out of ink on the first word of third column ... had to grab a second pen to finish up the list.

Arrived just a few short hours ago. Decided to tune the nib for reversed writing to achieve a true Japan EF line. Incredible results !
It’s every bit as smooth as the dozens of Pilot EFs I have! Things are starting to get F U N now!
Got this just to see how well I like the form factor.
Is it weird that I prefer NOT to post this when writing ? Its length is plenty long enough for the way I hold the pen.
Well … here’s my results of exaclty that.
Any comments ?

misspelled a word in my last; deleted and re-posted.
Pilot Metropolitan ef nib
Iroshizuku kon-peki
This is one of the hardest letters to get looking correct! I think it’s advanced, and I often fall back to the simpler form when writing a whole page.
Still, it was requested … so here it is.
Encouraging motivation:
If you can make this letter look correct most of the time - you’re doing better than me, and you can form any other letter much easier than this one!
Got my last New Pen - The Pop Orange flower metro, thrid from the end, yesterday! Now, my second drawer is complete! 😄
Some people might be embarrassed to post an image like this - but I am not “some people.” lol
The Pilot Metropolitan is a f a n t a s t i c pen!
Each of these have an <ef> from a Pilot Penmanship too! This is an awesome arsenal for Spencerian mono-line writing.
Easy enough request to answer.

Hope this helps. I’m pulling for everyone to improve with fantastic results they’re happy with.
I hope this may inspire someone. My handwriting was typical chicken-scratch until age 48 when I began to turn things around. If I can do this, then I’m convinced anyone can. I’m pulling for you to have great success !
Pilot metro with kon-peki
I recreated my hardcopy of the ESV Study Bible (for personal use only, observing all copyright protection and fair use to be legal) of all of it's nearly 3000 pages. I learned LaTex as I went!
This was an amazing project ... I used python to reformat three raw text streams: the margin references, the main text, and the commentary.
I made a private youtube video a few months before it was complete, where most of the progress is shown in the link below.
Just saying …
Pilot metropolitan white tiger - stub nib
Noodler’s apache sunset
words: Henry Van Dyke (1852-1933)
Pilot Metropolitan <ef> Green Marble
Noodler's cactus gruene
well ... and one A4 loose-leaf option as well ...
In this video, I focus on what was available at the time on Amazon with price points in the US. Hope this helps someone as a resource for price comparisons.

Made this a while back, and just found this channel. I do not even remember everything I said during this video. Hope it lands well in this community!
