This holiday mainly applies to government offices and some state enterprises. For most private businesses, foreign embassies, shopping malls, restaurants, and transport services, it will be a normal working day.

If you are planning a visa extension, 90-day report, or other immigration-related visit, it’s best to arrange this before or after the holiday.
