Got this from an enclave soldier is this a mod or a regular part of fallout 4 ? Cause I don’t remember activating any mods it’s my first time back on the game in like 5 years so I don’t know if it something from an update or not

Is it another way to get rid of the “Molerat Disease” you get from that one Vault 81 mission? I already gave the serum away to that fuck ass kid didn’t notice until way after that I had the disease myself if I had known I would’ve said to hell with the boy but I’m here now and I don’t plan on going back to a previous save. If there isn’t a way to get rid of it then I’ll just live with it just wanted to see if it was another way or not(& yes I know I can just google it but I enjoy coming to this Reddit and talking with people who play this game as well)
Is it worth using / upgrading ?
In my opinion that “plasma” variant is the best out of the 3(not including the attachments cause obviously that makes it better than the others)
or should I just sell it ?
