
Not Bad for turning 50....i put alot of time in and I've been super strict with my diet lifting 5 days a week i changed my routines to get the most out of my workouts it was hard but here we are
Put the time in and you will get results even if you have stuff get in your way just keep doing your thing this past year i tore my calf muscle I've had 2 hernias and a appendicitis in the the past these are just hurdles i just keep jumping over to just make me want it even more..... gym is my life keep lifting my friends
