Donovan Friedrich, son of the late Gary Friedrich, became one of the world’s highest-ranked assassins at only 16 years old. He gained international recognition after hunting down and dismantling two rapidly growing organizations operating throughout Eastern Europe both responsible for supplying the weapons used in the terrorist attack that devastated his hometown.

In place of his missing jaw, they implanted a prototype enhancement unlike anything previously seen. an artificial organ capable of generating and manipulating “Spirit Flames,” a violent energy that burns not only the body but also the soul itself.

Broken, defeated, and stripped of his humanity piece by piece, Donovan begrudgingly joined M.I.S.T.

And dawned the code name Dead Soul
