if I press “prefer to work“ or “prefer to not work“ on hot schedules, will my pay decrease, what will it do?

I just had a customer yesterday! I felt so bad for the customer because I didn’t get to store it in the front counter. the customer got mad at me for not submitting the order, but she literally just got there 5 minutes, the order was quick for her to get it. shift lead saw me that I didn’t store the order, usually I store the order, I apologize sincerely to the customer and my shift lead that it was my fault, am I going to get in trouble? has this happen to y’all?

do y’all get employee of the month? in our store it seems like we don’t, which is why some seem so snobby & arrogant!

how many hours for full timers? I’m in 20 and half hours! I put a check mark on my availability since I can work anytime. I wonder whats keeping me in 20 hour, they scheduled me on Saturday though! I just picked up & got denied. i already talked to my manager about it wanting to do full time, what shall I do?

is there any cases where if you work 1 month your promoted to as shift lead or apply for shift lead? or do i have to be there for 1 year or 6 months to be in that position?

so i tried to schedule on hotschedules, partially available, i put 1:30pm-8pm M-Sat but my schedule leader told me it would decrease my pay, does this happen to yall? should i take this or just leave my schedule how it is?

how come every time I refill some sauces or stocking anything that’s low, my leader didn‘t even say thank you & just always telling me always when I only tell you! stay in this station, but literally no customers comes in? am I being micromanaging? but if it’s others they’re free! am I being wrong here? has this happen to y’all?

does your store cuts hours? I was schedule today from 11am-4pm and shift leader told me i'm done early today 3pm, im starting to notice that too, but for others its not like that or is it like this because of sales or hours. does anyone happen like this too when you're new? i just started working 2 weeks ago.
