I have a question about how Saturn handles timing when it comes to marriage and relationships in Vedic Astrology.

The Scenario:

• Current Dasha and transits (such as Jupiter transits) are favorable for relationship or marriage timing.
• Saturn is influencing key marriage factors (7th house, 7th lord, Venus, or Lagna) causing general delay.

My Question: Can a delaying Saturn actually cause someone to miss a potential meeting or match opportunity altogether during a favorable window? Or does Saturn just make the process slow and tedious while the meeting still happens?

How does Saturn's delay typically manifest when favorable Dasha and transits try to trigger a relationship? Would love to hear insights from practicing astrologers or personal experiences!
