Tracking No. on OG & replacement order never worked. Customer says the item shows delivered but they never got it. What can I do?

Hey, so I've had a hiccup pop up with one person's order that I've been trying to remedy. Their tracking number never updated, even after the package had been out for delivery for weeks so I repurchased a label for their address and sent a replacement order to them but they say that even that one isn't updating its tracking either. The item tracking says the original order has been delivered, but the customer never received it and the tracking on the replacement item keeps reporting tracking unavailable.

What can I do? I've already put in a missing mail report through the postal service used and sent a replacement order, free of charge to the customer. I'm not sure why this is happening to this one particular order!

Made my 1st zine for my store!

This is my first time making a zine, so I figured it'd be a cool idea to produce one that focuses on updates from my online store, horror book reviews/fanart, commissions, etc. Basically keeping folks in touch with that's happening at the EEKporium.

I plan on including one of these with each purchase, and also having them up for sale as a separate thing if folks want to just have the zine itself. And making a digital version for quick access!
