I am 24 years old, Male, 190lbs. I have been having these horrible symptoms for over a month straight now. At first I thought It was anxiety, now I realize that something’s wrong with my body. I don’t know if it’s Acid Reflux or GERD but I will tell y’all my daily symptoms and some notes. Also note that I’ve never been through anything like this before or have had anything medically wrong.

My Symptoms
(Started The Second Week Of June, 2026)

•Spikes In Heart Rate (100-130) (Randomly)
•Central Chest Pain (Pressure / Tightness)
•Throat Burning & Knot In Throat
•Pressure In My Head (Mostly Not A Headache)
•Feels Like I’m Breathing Through A Pinhole
•Shortness Of Breath
•Can’t Take Deep Breaths
•Feels Like I’m Gonna Pass Out
•Feels Like Oxygen Isn’t Getting To My Brain
•Weakness In Limbs & Can’t Really Walk
•Hurts When I Swallow (Sometimes)
•Pressure In Both Ears & Nose
•Blurry Vision (Happened 3 Times So Far)

A couple of days ago I had my worst episode. I just got done eating some sliced turkey breast, green beans and pinto beans. Then my chest started to hurt and my throat started to burn. Then my throat started to feel like I was breathing through a pinhole and I got extremely light headed. I could tell my brain wasn’t getting enough oxygen because I was feeling so sleepy and weak. If it wasn’t for someone having an inhaler (which I had to use 3 times) then I probably would’ve passed out and needed to go to the ER. This episode lasted an hour.

I’ve noticed it happening mainly after I eat something. It happens in the morning and midday mostly and only sometimes at night. I also get this light headed feeling when I try to lay down to sleep. It jolts me back up because it feels like someone is compressing my head together. I’m finally able to go to sleep after a turning over and sitting up so many times.

This is just one story of many daily occurrences.
I just want it to be over with. I’m scared to drive now because it happens while sitting in the car or driving
myself.
I need help.

What I Think It Could Be / Solutions

•Severe Acid Reflux / GERD
•Respiratory Reflux
•Hiatal Hernia
•Inner Ear / Vertigo
•Possibly Allergic To Something (But I Haven’t Had Any Rashes)
•A Combination Of Multiple Things

•Possibly Need Gallbladder Removed
•Possibly Need Esophagus Stretched

When this first started to happen I went to the ER and got Blood Work, Chest X-Ray, and an EKG done and they all came back perfect. Since it’s still happening I have visited a family doctor on July 31st and they put me on Omeprazole (40mg), 1 a day. He thinks it’s probably Acid Reflux but I don’t know if these extreme symptoms I’m having would boil down to just that. Granted this is only the 3rd day I’ve been taking it and I’ve been told it could take a week for it to take effect. I have an appointment with a gastrointestinal doctor this Thursday for farther evaluation.

Hey! I’m getting into homeland-ing and I’m wanting to build a mini server rack and wall mounted touch display with home assistant in the living room. Im wanting this rack and other stuff for my future 3 bedroom house and I want to keep it budget friendly (will be running Ethernet to every room). I’m wanting a rack that will essentially hold and do everything I need while also keeping a small footprint. On top of me wanting a touch display with home assistant so I can control the thermostat, Spotify (for the speakers mounted to the ceiling in the kitchen), check cameras on the fly, and check server info. Im wanting more professional opinions and feedback! Thanks! (Also the rack will be stored in a ventilated place)
