The problem I had last week is not solved yet, even with the Apple dongle. I posted some photos so I hope someone can help

Mine just arrived. I downloaded REW and I have the iec, splitter cable and some iems. I tried to measure but the iec is not picking any noise. I tried to run the input test on windows and it didn't pick any noise too. Is there a problem with my iec or is it a software problem. I bought it through the link sharur said was legit (the Amazon one)

Since they have a built in dac, how do they compare with an apple dongle. I use Android and the Apple dongle sucks with Android. I have to use auapp to make it usable otherwise it actually makes my earphone more quiet. I've used the eo ic 100 and it's pretty loud +no audible hiss, but I want to have a direct comparison with eo ig 955+apple dongle.​
