Should Riot have TES and TSW redo their series in case it was a big fluke?

No disrespect to TES, I'm a firm believer that TSW beating them is a huge fluke and robs TES of truly accomplishing what their capable of. I've spent the last few seconds in pure disbelief and it just doesn't make sense to me. I've spent the entire regular season watching TES play great League it's just not fair.

If TES lose again I will face that TSW deserved the win, but I am just 100% sure it was a fluke and does a big disservice to TES and MSI.

Looking for a Good TH18 Base for Electro 33

Does anyone have a good base for TH18 for ranked that would do good against throwers and air attacks, for Electro 33? The current base I use had an average defense of 90%+ ish, and most of the 3 stars came from Drags + GA + RB, and Mass Throwers, I even barely promoted to E33, I was at 20th place, most of the upper ones, including the top 10, had an average defense of 80-90%.
