NOT looking for Self-Recommendations.

Looking for recommendations from fellow Canadians who have purchased property in Punta Cana and would recommend the Real Estate Agent they used for the transaction (and why you would recommend this agent).

We are considering a pre-construction condo (which I know is risky in itself), and are hoping to meet a trustworthy RE Agent who is familiar with international buyers and work with Novel and Gesproin.

Our Spanish is very basic (but we plan on taking lessons!), so someone who speaks English fluently is key.
