How long should a hospital visit be?

I am currently visiting my grandfather due to him having internal bleeding and currently in a coma. However, I don't know how long I should be there for.

Edit: Unfortunately, we heard that there's no way for him to recover and we agreed for him to be unplugged from life support in a few days from now.

New job toxic?

For context, I work at Domino's and was recently hired about 4 weeks ago. I previously worked in construction, but it was a temporary job I had last summer. A family member had recommended me to work at Domino's because they work there and are an assistant manager, so I had decided to give it a try. Now, 4 weeks later, I'm starting to rethink my decision of applying there in the first place since most of the time, she is always making me do the dishes and barely gives me opportunities to do other things, such as makeline or cash register. She even told me clearly that the reason why she wanted me to work at Domino's with her is to have someone do the dishes during closing, since she doesn't want to do them herself. I doubt that the hiring managers even read my resume, and they only hired me because I was related to someone who worked there. Should I quit this job or keep working there to see if things get worse?
