"Gaia thinks you should get more anime merchandise"

I looked it up and it said when I collect 10 to 12 new dateables, I should get the anime figure. But nothing happened

I've seen this happen a bunch of times. It seems like they're flashing the flashlights in a certain order but I don't know how to read it
